ACS Technicians have extensive training in the overhaul of all manufacturers and brands of hydraulic components. All technicians are trained iin the use of precision tools used to give components their originally designed optimum life.

Extensive Equipment
Each ACS repair facility has a lapping machine ass associated optical flats. This guarantees the rotating parts to be flat within .000005" (5 millionths) and optimizes the life of the individual unit. Each ACS facility also has custom designed test stands to test your unit both statically and dynamically after repair.

Complete Test Facilities
Our test facilities include a 525 HP diesel driven test stand to insure the proper RPM, PSI and flow for quality rebuilt components. Our test stands have the capacity to test pressure to 6,000 PSI, flow to 200 GPM and RPM to 2100. Circuitry allows us to test either open loop or closed loop units. All of your repaired components are returned with a complete test report for your inspection.
