Servo Analyzer
The ACS Servo Analyzer was developed to drive any servo valve, while on your machine. It allows you to troubleshoot any valve within 3 minutes to help pinpoint your problem. Since the Servo Analyzer operates independently from the electronics on your machine, you can determine breakaway current (threshold), servo valve balance (symmetry), null stability (null bias), hysterisis and overshoot. The Servo Analyzer provides a control accuracy of .1 milliamp. All units are supplied with interface cables, carrying case and charger.
Tempo Tester
ACS makes a precision Tempo Tester designed to eliminate troubleshooting time and avoid unnecessary recirculation box and transducer repairs.
The ACS Tempo Tester works with any old style Tempo I probes and recirculation boxes, as well as the new style Tempo II and III probes, including those with DPM and RPM modules. The Tempo Tester is inserted in series between either the controller and the recirculation device, or the transducer and the recirculation device. This allows for continuous monitoring which provides an efficient way of isolating intermittent failures. In addition to the clear visual indicators of faults, the Tempo Tester also provides a visual indication of the actual stroke position.
Plus, the Tempo Tester also can be supplied with a bench-checker device which allows for the checking of transducers and recirculation devices off the machinery. Supplied with a internal and external power source, the Tempo Tester is a must for your operation.
